For tonight's dinner, a magnificent burger made with all the goodness of beef burger barbecue with American Cheese, Sweet onions, Dills Relish... and more...
1 lb ground beef (I used ground sirloin)
¼ garlic salt
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Ketchup
Dills Relish
Mayo
Tomato
American Cheese
In a bowl combine the ground beef, garlic salt, salt, and pepper to taste.
Grill patties, uncovered, over
medium-hot heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
Top each with a cheese slice; grill 1 minute longer or until cheese is
melted. Serve on buns with sauce and onion topping.
Spread with mayo and dills relish.
Add tomato and onion to top part of bun, add cooked burger to bottom part, top with American Cheese and ketchup, stick the lot together.
Try this great food recipe and Enjoy your home-made cheezy beef burger!
